We had a script running with two TqcRunas calls for sub-scripts, direct behind each other, that caused the Error (the TqcRunas files run/call another script.)
I combined the two sub-scripts so it would work with one TqcRunas call from the main-script.
(Simply found it by disabling one of the two sub-script TqcRunas calls and the order didn't matter).
