Subject: TQCRunas won't register the DLL for normal user |
We have created a tqc file to register the DLL on the PCs in our domain and placed it in the Netlogon share on the server along with the startup.vbs file that calls the tqc process. If we log in to a box as someone in the Domain Admins group, the script works fine but if a normal user logs in, the process doesn't work and it doesn't generate any errors.
We've changed the path referenced in the tqc file from \\server\share\tqcrunas.dll to the full UNC path but that hasn't helped.
The Domain Admin account and password are included in the tqc file.
The command in the startup.vbs file to run tqcrunas is:
return = WSHShell.Run ("\\emspdc01\NETLOGON\TqcRunas.exe /f Startup.tqc")
Again, we've tried replacing the path with the full UNC without success.
Any comments or suggestions would be qppreciated. |

Subject: Tqc |
When using the Tqcrunas 2003 to run a program, the user with Normal user rights receives this message: "The application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way". Running the program as Admin does not bring up this message. Any suggestions? |

Hi Bob, try this:
return = WSHShell.Run ("\\emspdc01\NETLOGON\TqcRunas.exe /f \\emspdc01\NETLOGON\Startup.tqc") |
